We recognize that each resident and patient is an individual with unique needs and our committed staff tailors our care accordingly. In addition, we understand that total care goes beyond medical treatment so we ensure our residents and patients feel part of a greater community. Our array of daily, weekly and monthly events creates a living experience that stimulates the mind and spirit with options for everyone.
Our beautiful campus is located on eight acres beside Eastchester Bay, offering a peaceful setting with serene views. Plentiful on-site parking makes visiting easy for family and outpatients. Founded in 1921, Providence Rest has been caring for the injured, the ill and the elderly for nearly 100 years and our founders, the Sisters of St. John the Baptist, remain as committed to compassionate care today as when our doors first opened. Today our Sisters still serve as dedicated advocates for each of our residents, patients, and families through our recreational and spiritual programs.
We accept both Medicare and Medicaid, as well as other insurance plans. We are accredited by the Joint Commission and regularly receive high ratings from our residents in our ongoing Resident Satisfaction Poll.
