A Continuum of Care
At Providence Rest we provide a full menu of care options, from short-term and Outpatient Rehabilitation to Long-Term Care, Palliative Care and end-of-life support. We also offer complex wound care, pain management, and Respite Care, a PACE Program and universal pre-K care through affiliated partners. Our clinical expertise and experience is unmatched and is delivered by on-site physicians, certified health care specialists, and highly skilled and compassionate nursing staff. Our training is ongoing and includes emerging modalities.
Equally important, our holistic approach to supporting the entire person ensures the excellence of care for the body, mind, and spirit. While our medical and health care professionals provide for the physical needs of our residents and patients, our Social Services staff and Sisters of St. John the Baptist care for their emotional and spiritual well being, serving as their advocates. Together our staff creates a sense of community and compassionate caring that brings a feeling of comfort and belonging to those in our care, and their families, as well.

Archcare Senior Life
Archcare Senior Life is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE. It provides all the services seniors and specialty populations need to stay healthy and safe while they continue to live independently or with loved ones. Providence Rest’s On-Site Child Day Care
Our Day Care partners with the New York City Department of Education to provide free Pre-K For All care (for 4-year-olds). All 4-year-olds living in New York City may apply for Pre-K For All. For information or to apply, visit https://www.myschools.nyc/en/.
